ONLINE RESERVATIONS ARE NOT CONFIRMED UNTIL YOU RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM US TELLING YOU THAT YOU ARE CONFIRMED. Your order submission is NOT confirmation of a seat. Please allow 48 hours for an email confirmation.
The Fine Print
If the show says SOLD OUT it just means the reserved seating has been sold out. There is always standing room until we reach capacity. Cancellations are accepted up to the day before the show, no refunds will be given for cancellations on the day of the show . Be sure to be at the club early, by 7:45pm is requested. Seats not filled (even those reserved) by the start of the show will be given to waiting guests. Also for the second show @ 10pm you must be reseated by the start of the show or your seats will be given away to waiting guests. The best thing is to take your seats when the "5 minutes to showtime" is announced.
Reservation requests are not confirmed until you receive a follow-up email or phone confirmation. If after 2 days you don't receive a confirmation please email firstname.lastname@example.org to confirm your name has been added to the reservation List. Our reservation hotline for messages is 760-416-0026. This is an answering service, not a live person. Sometimes emails get directed to "Junk Mail". Please check Junk Mail before calling.
Cancellations are accepted until the day before, after that no refunds will be given.
