CHECKLIST IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION WITHIN 48 HOURS:
1) Has it been 48 hours?
2) Check Junk Mail
3) Nothing? - Send an email with your name and number of seats you requested, and date of initial request to firstname.lastname@example.org .
Reservation requests are not confirmed until you receive a follow-up email or phone confirmation. If after 2 days you don't receive a confirmation please email email@example.com to confirm your name has been added to the reservation/ VIP List. Our reservation hotline for messages is 760-416-0026. This is an answering service, not a live person. Sometimes emails get directed to "Junk Mail". Please check Junk Mail before emailing us.
Our bartenders do NOT have information on your reservation so please do NOT call the house phone. Email us or call the Reservation Voicemail with your info.
Cancellations are accepted up to the day before the show, no refunds will be given for cancellations on the day of the show . Be sure to be at the club early, by 7:45pm is requested. Seats not filled (even those reserved) by the start of the show will be given to waiting guests. Also for the second show @ 10pm you must be reseated by the start of the show or your seats will be given away to waiting guests. The best thing is to take your seats when the "5 minutes to showtime" is announced.
